Our Menu

Back to basics. Noble products and raw material valued and chosen according to the seasons. That is the philosophy of this menu, in permanent evolution. Tradition is also the future.

Our Executive chef, Dominique Michou, invites you to compose your menu "à la carte".

First Dish

  • Terrine of duck foie gras, and confit of foie gras, Green apple and black pepper chutney
  • Black truffle in a vegetable Vichyssoise with a gourmet sandwich
  • Chefs style Tapas
  • Scallops « snackées », crushed ratte potatoes with spinach, mango vinaigrette
  • Slow cooked rib roast of veal, trio of grated celeriac and grapefruit

Second Dish


  • Grilled filet of turbot, served with an olive oil and milled pepper with essence of tomato
  • Line caught sea bass coated in rare hone, gateau of vegetables
  • Squab and quail Flakey pastrypiel, pan fried pear and figs
  • Roast filet of lamb, polenta and dates, Middle Eastern sauce
  • Tournedos of rabbit, pumpkin mousse, fruit kebab, Porto sauce

Third Dish


  • Selection of carefully chosen cheeses or Dessert
  • All-you-can-eat chocolate mousse, lightly whipped cream
  • “Religieuse” pastry with black chocolate
  • Taboulé of exotic fruits, mango and passion fruit coulis
  • French toast with roast apple and truffle
  • Poached pear with Muscat caramel, grape sorbet and nut crumble
